Our goal at Kids Learning Essentials is to provide you with high-quality learning tools that you and your children love. We stand behind our products, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help.
Please read the following policy carefully to understand the process for returns and refunds based on the type of product you purchased.
Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
Due to the instant-access nature of our digital products (such as downloadable PDF story workbooks and activity sheets), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
Once a digital file has been delivered to you, it cannot be returned. We encourage you to review the product descriptions and preview images carefully before completing your purchase.
If you encounter a technical issue with downloading or accessing your file, please contact us immediately. We are committed to ensuring you receive and can use the product you purchased and will work with you to resolve the technical issue.
Physical Products
We want you to be happy with the physical items you receive. If you have an issue with a physical product, our team is ready to work with you to make it right.
Our Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a physical product.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us First: Please do not send items back without first contacting our support team. Contact us with your Order Number and a clear description of the issue. Including a photo is highly encouraged if the item is damaged.
- Work with Our Team: We will review your request and work with you to find the best solution. Our first step is always to understand the problem and see how we can help.
- Receive Instructions: If a return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Conditions for Returns:
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no cost, or we will provide a full refund (including shipping costs) upon return of the item. We will cover the cost of the return shipping in these cases.
- Other Returns (Changed Your Mind): If you are returning an item for reasons other than it being damaged or incorrect, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- For these returns, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product cost to your original method of payment.
Processing Your Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
The easiest way to process an exchange is to return your original item according to the policy above and place a new order for the product you would like instead.
