At Kids Learning Essentials, we are committed to getting our educational products into your hands efficiently and ensuring you are delighted with their quality. This page outlines our shipping procedures and the promises we stand by.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship physical products within the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. Please note that digital products are delivered instantly via email and are not subject to this shipping policy.
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. We will notify you once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods, which are outside of our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
International Shipping: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kids Learning Essentials is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.
Incorrect Addresses: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your information carefully before finalizing your order. Kids Learning Essentials is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at your expense.
Lost or Damaged Packages: We want to make things right. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work with you toward a satisfactory solution, as outlined in our Refunds & Returns Policy.

What We Don’t Guarantee:
- Delivery Dates: As we rely on third-party carriers, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. The dates provided are estimates only.
- Product Colors: We have made every effort to display the colors of our products accurately online, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the true color of the product.
