KLE provides engaging story workbooks and learning materials designed to strengthen the home-school connection. When you purchase or download our products, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them according to the following terms:

A. Permitted Uses (What You CAN Do):

Personal Use License: For purchases made by a parent or guardian, you may download and print the materials for use with your own children in your immediate household.
Classroom Use License: For purchases made by a teacher or educator, you may download and print the materials for use with the students in your own single classroom.

B. Prohibited Uses (What You CANNOT Do):

The license we grant you is strictly for personal or single-classroom use. You agree not to:

Resell or redistribute our digital files. This includes sharing them via email, social media, file-sharing websites, or any other means.
Share your purchased files with other parents, teachers, or colleagues. Each teacher or household must purchase their own license.
Use the materials for commercial purposes. You cannot use our products to create your own items for sale.
Modify, alter, or create derivative works from our content. Our materials may not be changed or disassembled.
Remove any copyright or trademark notices from our materials.
Post our digital files or printed materials on any public website, blog, or online drive where they can be accessed by others.

Violation of these license terms is a breach of copyright and will result in the termination of your license and may subject you to legal action.

3. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds

Digital Products: We sell digital products, which are delivered via instant download.
Payment: To make a purchase, you must provide valid payment information. We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe) to handle all financial transactions. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details.
